Also my mom in other room paid cash for 3 margaritas to be delivered to her room and she used my room phone because hers did not work another key down side. So lets just say before you stay here beware of hidden fees add up 14.95 resort fee 2.95 resort tax per day and then 15.00 a day parking. each to be told I would get my money back or pay 40.00 deposit a day on a 3 day stay if paid with card. Pros: Added another night to my 2 night stay online andnthey made me check out and in and also pay 2 deposits thats 100.00 =200.00 deposit you will not get back. Based on this experience I would highly recommend not staying in this hotel.

There was also a giant patch job on the ceiling from previous water damage it looked like. Also the toilets are so loud, every time the floor above us would flush it sounded like their toilet was in our room. We asked to change rooms and were told repeatedly that they were fully book and we should be happy we even got a room. The door is heavy with a keypad for unlocking, you know the type. They open this door about 20 times per night. Our room, room 111, is directly across from the gym and a staff/housekeeping room. This also let every sound in the hallway into the room. It did not sit straight in the frame leaving gaps you could literally stick you fingers through into the room.
